Nourishing families in medical crisis with nutritious, fresh meals
Every day, volunteers prepare meals at our Ronald McDonald House on Monument Avenue for families with a child receiving medical care in local area hospitals.
The constant availability of fresh, nutritious meals helps ease some of the burden families face when navigating their child’s complex medical journey. These meals, provided free of charge, fuel our families and allow them to focus on what matters most – being their for their child.
Volunteers prepare healthy lunches or sponsor catered lunches that are delivered to RMHC Richmond program spaces in local hospitals across the Greater Richmond Region.
Every night of the week, meal volunteers are welcome to sign up to make dinners at our Ronald McDonald House on Monument Avenue. These meals are available to families staying at the House free of charge, providing the peace of mind and financial relief of consistently available, nourishing food after long days spent at the hospital.
