Overnight Family Care Specialist

Ronald McDonald House Richmond is looking for a compassionate and dependable Family Care Specialist to support families staying at our House while their children receive medical care.

We’re in search of an individual with experience in social services, nonprofit work, or direct family/client support who understands trauma-informed care. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works well independently, is proactive, and can confidently manage responsibilities throughout their shift while bringing warmth, professionalism, and good judgment to every interaction.

We are currently seeking an individual with the following availability:

• Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 11pm to 7am at our Ronald McDonald House on Monument Avenue
• Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 11pm to 7am at our Ronald McDonald House in the Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU
